This is such a difficult loveseat to reupholster. I decided to do the arms different, I didn’t like the pleats it had in it before. They came out nice and smooth, I like that. The back is a whole different issue! It is attached with the “loose” cushion look. I don’t have a clue the order it was put together, and the pieces don’t make sense. I’m taking this step by step and carefully replacing the piece I just removed. iphone 6s custodia It’s much harder than a puzzle. I need full concentration to do this. I am liking the fabric a LOT. It is a nice linen that is great looking. I think it is going to look great in the living room, too. Hopefully I can get it finished up tomorrow. custodia iphone plus apple I need to cover the 2 cushions and put on a skirt.
You truly amaze me with your courage to tackle almost any project. The second shirt/clothing quilt top is done “YAY”. This morning I pinned the backing on the Gammill before leaving for work. Tonight I hope to have the top loaded and start quilting. My goal is to have it done by Friday. I will be seeing the recipient on Saturday.
Aw, thanks! You know me, if it’s sewing related, ‘I can do it!’ Can’t wait to see your memory quilt. Pictures will be coming, right? You have worthy goals. You can do it!
wow, mom! that’s incredible!! I agree with Dee… that’s and *extremely* difficult task and you’re just tackling it tiger-style. It looks like it’s going to be a really great couch. Can’t wait to see it when it’s all done. 🙂
Thanks! It’s all done. Now I just have to get rid of the other furniture and put it in it’s new home so I can take the picture. It was a really rewarding project. One rocking chair to go!
